Claudio Ferrera

Chief Financial Officer

Claudio Ferrera joined Bowen & Bowen in 2016 as the Chief Finance Officer for Bowen and Bowen Limited. Claudio supports the development and execution of the group’s long-term strategy, monitors and recommends improvements to the overall control environment and the group’s financial health, and oversees Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, and Procurement.

Before joining Bowen & Bowen, Claudio had more than 20 years of experience in different Finance and Accounting, Marketing, and Manufacturing Operation roles in Banco Ficensa, British American Tobacco(BAT), and Cargill, with stints in various countries in Central America, the Caribbean, and Romania, with export projects for the Middle East and Bulgaria. He also served several in Board of Director roles and as President of a BAT Joint Venture in Guatemala.

Claudio was born in Honduras, where he did most of his studies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an MBA with a minor in Finance, and has participated in several leadership and functional courses in the US, UK, Brasil, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Honduras.
