Hilly Martinez

Chief Liaison Officer

Hilberto “Hilly” Martinez serves as Chief Liaison Officer of Bowen & Bowen Ltd, where he cultivates strategic relationships with government, industry, and community stakeholders to advance the Group’s objectives and strengthen its external partnerships.

Hilly joined Bowen & Bowen in 1974 as a Route Manager. During his distinguished career with the Group, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Sales Manager for Coca-Cola and General Manager of Belize Brewing Company, before assuming his current role. As one of the Group’s longest-serving leaders, he has played an integral role in its continued growth and success.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Hilly served as President of the Belize Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association, the National Olympic Committee representing Belize. Before his election as President in 2013, he served as the Association’s Secretary General for 36 years, providing enduring leadership and helping to shape the development of sport in Belize.
