Leonel G. Reyes serves as General Manager, Sales at Bowen & Bowen Ltd, where he leads the national sales organisation across its beverage and trade goods portfolio. He drives sustainable revenue growth, strengthens market execution, optimises route-to-market performance, and delivers profitable growth throughout Belize.

With more than a decade of senior leadership experience at Bowen & Bowen, Leonel has held several key commercial positions, including General Manager of Belize Imports & Goods Ltd (BIG), National Sales Director, and Regional Manager for Belize District and the Cayes. His extensive experience in sales leadership, distribution, operations, and customer development has given him a comprehensive understanding of the Belizean marketplace and the dynamics that drive commercial success.

Leonel is recognised for developing high-performing teams, enhancing sales execution, and translating strategy into measurable business results. He champions accountability, disciplined execution, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-focused approach that creates long-term value for the business.
