Mohan Mahase

Chief Financial Officer

Mohan Mahase serves as Chief Financial Officer of Bowen & Bowen, where he is responsible for leading the Group’s financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, treasury and working capital management, cost and productivity initiatives, and strengthening financial governance across the organisation. He works closely with the senior leadership team to support sustainable growth, enhance operational resilience, and ensure disciplined capital allocation aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities.

Mohan brings over two decades of senior executive experience across finance, telecommunications, banking, investment management, and technology-enabled businesses throughout the Caribbean and Central America. He has led organisations through periods of transformation and market change, with a strong track record in improving profitability, optimising cost structures, enhancing cash flow, and implementing data-driven performance frameworks. Prior to joining Bowen & Bowen, he held senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, with regional and multinational organisations.

Mohan holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and is a Chartered Accountant, holding membership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago.
