Mohan Mahase

Chief Financial Officer

Mohan Mahase serves as Chief Financial Officer of Bowen & Bowen, where he leads the Group’s financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, treasury, working capital management, cost optimisation, productivity initiatives, and financial governance. He works closely with the senior leadership team to drive sustainable growth, strengthen operational resilience, and ensure disciplined capital allocation that supports the Group’s strategic priorities.

Mohan brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across finance, telecommunications, banking, investment management, and technology-enabled businesses throughout the Caribbean and Central America. He has successfully led organisations through transformation and changing market conditions, consistently improving profitability, optimising cost structures, strengthening cash flow, and implementing data-driven performance management frameworks. Before joining Bowen & Bowen, he held senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, within regional and multinational organisations.

Mohan holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago.
