Bakehouse Distillery Unveiled!
The Bakehouse Distillery is a homegrown distillery dedicated to small-batch spirits that reflect Belizean heritage and craftsmanship. With a focus on quality over quantity, Bakehouse introduces artisanal expressions that add to Belize’s rich spirits tradition while offering something distinctly new.
Crafted in small batches with meticulous care, these spirits embody the uniqueness of Belize while rivaling international standards of quality:
· Three Fingers Gin (45% ABV) – A sophisticated dry gin distilled with classic botanicals including juniper, coriander, and orange peel. Designed for a crisp gin & tonic, it captures the vibrant essence of Belize in every pour.
· Bakehouse Vodka (40% ABV) – Smooth, well-rounded, and intentionally crafted for any occasion, this vodka highlights Belizean craftsmanship at its finest, delivering a clean flavour profile with subtle aromas.
· Kayn Rum (42% ABV) – A refined small-batch rum distilled from locally sourced molasses. With a character that honours Belize’s sugarcane heritage, this rum is designed to elevate cocktails with depth and balance.
