Bowen & Bowen Implements Executive S&OP with DBM’s emPPPower Program

Belize City – Bowen & Bowen, Ltd has successfully implemented an Executive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process on a core beverage production line and is now extending it across its operations and iconic beverage brands throughout Belize. “The process we had was stuck in the day-to-day and disconnected from strategy,” said Bowen & Bowen CEO, Michael H. M. Bowen. “Planning was led by production rather than market demand. Sales and operations were not aligned around a single demand-driven plan, and accountability for outcomes was unclear. That gap showed up in poor inventory decisions, material shortages, and inconsistent service levels.”
