Statement on Misuse of Company Vehicle

Bowen & Bowen confirms that an employee has been dismissed following a serious breach of company policy involving the unauthorised use of a company vehicle.

This action follows the circulation of videos showing that the employee acknowledged he lent the vehicle to an unknown individual who allegedly used it in connection with criminal activity. Following an internal investigation, it was determined that the employee had knowingly lent the vehicle to this person, thereby violating strict company protocols.

We are deeply disappointed by the employee’s actions, which do not reflect the values or standards of Bowen & Bowen. The safety and trust of our community remain paramount, and we do not tolerate behaviour that compromises either.

We are fully cooperating with the relevant authorities in their ongoing investigation.
